Meet Cass
With over 25 years of experience in business, bookkeeping, and sales management, I bring professionalism, organisation, and exceptional client care to the world of aesthetics. After a successful career in business, I followed my passion and retrained in advanced aesthetics and beauty. For the past four years, I’ve specialised in helping clients feel confident through precise, high-quality treatments. I’m dedicated to continual learning and staying up to date with the latest techniques to deliver the best results. Alongside my aesthetics career, I co-own a thriving interiors business with my husband, and I’m a proud mum and lifelong animal lover. Horses are a big part of my life — spending time at the stables is my favourite way to recharge. Chellaston Aesthetics has recently joined forces with RL Aesthetics to launch The CARLA Laser Hair Removal Clinic— a shared vision to offer the very best in advanced aesthetic and laser treatments. Chellaston Aesthetics is now home to The CARLA Clinic, where Ria and I combine our passion, expertise, and friendship to create a welcoming, professional environment. We can’t wait to welcome you.
Meet Ria
I qualified as a Midwife in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery and went on to spend eight years as a Clinical Educator, specialising in training and supporting midwives and healthcare professionals. During this time, I developed and delivered national and international training programmes, updated clinical guidelines, and mentored newly qualified staff across multidisciplinary teams. In 2022, I retrained as an Aesthetics Practitioner, working alongside my NHS role to build experience in advanced aesthetics and laser treatments. I’ve now transitioned to aesthetics full-time, combining my clinical expertise with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. I hold multiple instructor qualifications in healthcare education and continuously expand my skills — most recently completing advanced aesthetics, Japanese head spa, and VTCT Level 4 Laser & Light certifications.
